WHAT TIME WILL THE AMAZON SHUTTLE VAN PICK ME UP TO TAKE ME TO WORK?

The Amazon Shuttle Van will pick you up from your home address at least one hour

before your shift starts, to insure that you'll arrive to work before your shift begins.

HOW DO I PAY TO RIDE THE AMAZON SHUTTLE VAN TO WORK?

WHAT IS AN AMAZON SHUTTLE RIDE CREDIT?

An Amazon Shuttle Ride Credit is a

cashless payment used in place

of cash to pay for your rides.

 

They must be purchased online at checkout.

 HOW MANY RIDES DO I RECEIVE FOR A PURCHASE OF ONE CREDIT?

One credit is good for one ride, to or from Amazon, for any shift on any day you choose.

HOW MANY AMAZON SHUTTLE RIDE CREDITS CAN I PURCHASE?

There are no limits on the amount of credits you may purchase.

​

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED AFTER MY PAYMENT?

First you will receive a confirmation email, then a phone call will be placed from

our support team within 15 minutes to confirm your reservation.

Be picked up from your address as described in your reservation.

Show the driver your Driver's License or Photo Identification Card.
 

Board the Amazon Shuttle Van.

Arrive at Amazon.

HOW DO I GET PICKED UP FROM AMAZON AFTER WORK?

The Amazon Shuttle Van will arrive at Amazon when your shift ends. 

It will wait up to thirty minutes prior to departing.

Meet the Amazon Shuttle Van at work, at the scheduled pick up time.

Show the driver your Driver's License or photo identification card.
 

Board the van.

​

Arrive at your home address.

​
